      Newly joined after acquired by Fortinet.... found this company as Below average &No proper software process

      Pros

      looks like all the talented people already left the company. The existing Meru Managers/former employees do not know anything about the product.. If you know the domain.. you can rule here. flexible working hours. but,, lot of pressure on the new joinees.. because existing people do not know the product.

      Cons

      Managers put all the burden on the engineer.. and simply relax and looking for scape-goats.. least bothered about software process. Maintaining the existing product.. no encouragement to the new talent.

      Pros

      Full time work from home. A manager that trusts me and lets me do my job and contribute to the success of the role.

      Cons

      Growing quickly, but that is a good problem to have. At times it can be chaotic with new accounts coming on board, but again this is the kind of problem you want.
