      Great teamwork, good ethos, a company you can trust.

      Cons

      fragmented organisation, very country focussed. Can be a bit top down management but this is no different to any other organisations. Employ highly experienced people but then do not empower them to be creative.

      -Exposure to many tools. You get access to lots of things you may otherwise not see. -You may have a lot of time to do other things.

      Cons

      -Executive leadership is tone deaf. The vision up top is not shared by prospects. -If you don’t get a good patch with good use case alignment, you can’t succeed.
