      Great team, Interesting work, Good stock plan and RRSP matching

      Cons

      Pay for parking even when the company owns the building. Chaotic environment (a lot of time wasted). No snacks whatsoever or cafeteria (there's vending machines and you are supposed to be happy because they exist)

      Pros

      It is a company that is continuing to grow in the network security space with a focus on intellectual property development.

      Cons

      The company places huge emphasis on the sales organization and next would come engineering. However, I feel that the support organization (i.e., marketing, finance, IT, HR, legal) is often shortchanged and overlooked by management.
