      Pros

      A few people are personable such as my ex-manager. Okay WLB

      Cons

      Some people you work with are stupid and incompetent beyond comprehension really, some of which occupy high positions. If one is capable, has any ambitions or even just some self-respect, anywhere else would be better.

      Local leadership is good. People are friendly.

      Cons

      Workload is very bad. Because of the reporting line in to India, the culture is very bad. Lots of politics between teams.
