My team is full with Chinese, so the work style is like working in China, coworkers always send message after work. Working overtime is encouraged but no extra pay. Career path is not clear.

Very incompetent management of the business development EMEA in the UK. Lack of proper competence in terms of leading, training and motivating people. The only method here is through fear, micromanagement and manipulation. Local HR is not helpful at all. Many members of the team are scared to rise any concerns about the toxic atmosphere to the US or France. Stay away!
