      Pros

      Strong global channel strategy, plenty of things to sell and down-to-earth collaborative culture. The company is truly dedicated to the channel, while many other manufacturers seem to be moving to a more direct model. This defines it's 'corporate personality' and ability of sellers to be successful. Each employee is a stock holder and feels party to the companies' success. Exciting can-do mentality permeates.

      Cons

      Quarterly performance mentality often takes precedence over long term planning. Sometimes feels like sales works for marketing and not vice versa.

      Great company with very competitive products. Good pay packages and room for growth. Smart people in a growing industry.

      Cons

      Siloed departments with poor communication between functions. The Sunnyvale office is old and feels like a giant warehouse in a region surrounded by sophisticated tech giant campuses. Should improve once the new building is constructed.
