      Pros

      First tier Security company. One of the biggest tech company in metro Vancouver area. Growing at amazing rate in recent years. New grads are hired from decent universities.

      Cons

      Parking is not free. Dental coverage can be better.

      I wonder what makes people give such a rating.

      Cons

      1. No Wfh. You are expected to copy the hrs in mail, if you are working from home in case of any incident. 2. Mid level managers don’t understand technologies/technology stack. Also do not know how to manage a team. 3.Ctc not as per industry standards. Stock options provided earlier was way better.

      Pros

      Work is very chilled out. No load. Awesome infrastructure. Great labs. Tons of Training available. Lots of goodies ;)
