      Income potential, cyber security landscape is hot and they have cash in back and lots of customers. Rising tide of space certainly a plus

      Cons

      Culture, rotating leadership, lack of trust ( Sales, Marketing, HR, CFO consistent turnover) no staying power in Enterprise and ability to recruit, train and retain all mercenary
