      Good product and lot of features in the device to learn

      Cons

      Its is not tac center ...it is call center you have to take calls for 8 hours continuously. They have unwritten rules prescribed by crap managers where they don't understand pain of an engineer. System is crap which doesn't follow standard csat procedure and low efficient engineer in tier 2

      Good salary Lots to learn. Team building events

      Cons

      Ottawa TAC management is crap. To cover their backs Ottawa TAC managers will do anything. No growth in TAC. You can only be a TAC in your entire life. It is not TAC it is a call center.

      Pros

      The people are so good to communicate with each other, even high level of mangement is very good in technical side, free dinner. No strict rigid and less office political conflict.

      Cons

      Poor managements, lack of communication in the team, the benefit are just so so, technical implementations are not so good, still do stuff like start up. No potential to become a big company.
