I have an excellent manager, you can get support, guidance and help almost from all your colleagues. Very flexible workplace, you can choose to work from home, the office or within the customer's premises as needed or required according to your agenda.

Cons

Many changes in few time , lack of strategy or vision, poor communication from corporate.

The technology and vision are excellent. The company is financially stable and the benefits are good.

Cons

My experience is that cronyism and favoritism are key to your success here just like being in the right clique in high school. Working hard, making your number, and going the extra mile to help the team make its number does not seem to be a good reason to be treated well. In addition, I'm fielding increased customer complaints due to support and quality issues so be prepared to front-end those as well as dealing with the moving quota targets as described by other reviews. The compensation and benefits are great if you're one of the "lucky" ones but you can be starved to death if you're not. In addition, it is my opinion that the latest sales compensation plan changes are not to my benefit.
