      Pros

      Fortinet is growing rapidly which allows for many opportunities to learn industry processes and best practices while advancing your career. Opinions are valued, innovation is encouraged, and advancement is expected.

      Cons

      There is a lack of culture that is true to tech companies with remote working and onsite amenities , but HR does a good job of compensating with company-wide employee appreciation and holiday events. Another con is the workload native to a small but growing company. The expectations rise and hiring can't quite keep up.

      Good product, solid partner community, some good employee benefits like stock plan and health benefits. Company is in a high growth mode as it is positioned well in the security industry

      Cons

      Very poor management, senior level has and continues to be a revolving door and very little career growth opportunities for such a growing company this is pathetic
