no much teamwork small cubes in wore-out office very inflexible working hours - could use up vacation for occasional early leave or doctor appointment.

R&D managers and directors are all hands-on people and technically skilled. They don't waste their time in endless meetings. As an engineer who enjoy technologies, this is a great place to work.

A nice work culture, good technology to work on and lot of freedom to think and come with good solutions. Bangalore engineering team has got lot of patents and engineering management helps to do lot of innovation by encouraging new ideas. Colleagues are helpful, friendly and very competent. Very good employee insurance schemes

Cons

Commuting to office from any place other than east bangalore is very difficult. Cabs can be provided to ease the commute tensions
