This is a collaborative work environment where everyone interacts in a cooperative/professional manner,Also If Anyone that values great leadership should want to be a part of Fortinet Innovation Centre. The leadership of the organization is very much a "do as I do" organization and not a "do as I say" organization. This company is really about True leadership + Technically sound Employees and is about inspiring collegues to become the best that they can be. The Team & management put the political agendas aside and come together to drive the business. So I would love to admit this . .................. Great company, great culture, great people, what more can you ask for!

1. Interview process was very smooth, HR is quick responsive. 2. Joining formalities great , good goodies and quick setup. 3. Intelligent colleague u work with. 4. Latest internet technology . 5. Flexible work timing and very wide office cubical space. 6. Food is very cheap only 10-20/- rupees. 7. Free fruits and snacks available at pantry.
