      30 days of Holidays and Stock options

      Cons

      Not enough training, not enough benefits, hiring then firing people because they are never sure about their activity. Process changing every months. Not stable and no possible internal evolution. Management is the worst I have never seen in my whole career.

      Great technology and great corporate culture. Salaries in sales very competitive and channel sales management really understands the reseller channel.

      Not enough broad based demand generation which can sometimes make it difficult in the volume reseller channel.
