I am currently working with Fortinet and I have worked with other network security companies in the past. Here are the points why Fortinet is the best : 1. You get to work on various products and technologies. 2. The debugging features of the device is incredible. 3. Very friendly environment with pleasant and helpful people which you generally do not see in any other companies 4. As the company strength is not very huge , your knowledge and hard work gets noticed and you get recognition and opportunities soon as compared to other companies . In my one and half years of career here I have witnessed many employees getting performance appraisals and promotions. 4. Along with your salary package you get shares (RSUs) from the company depending on your grade and duration of stay. 5. Unlike all other companies , management is very co-operative, approachable and transparent.
