      Pros

      A nice work culture, good technology to work on and lot of freedom to think and come with good solutions. Bangalore engineering team has got lot of patents and engineering management helps to do lot of innovation by encouraging new ideas. Colleagues are helpful, friendly and very competent. Very good employee insurance schemes

      Cons

      Commuting to office from any place other than east bangalore is very difficult. Cabs can be provided to ease the commute tensions

      o Technology and quality of technical work o Very capable and helpful team o Lot of non performers and engineers with attitude issue cleaned up in last 3 years o Growing Business Outlook o Very good and Fair local management team o Better HR leader than old one, with lot of new initiatives

      Cons

      o Training is always on job. External training from experts will help o India team can do lot more for growth of the company in security domain o Better tax saving policies like company leased car needed o Office location. Should be ok after moving office to new place

      Pros

      I have been working here for past 3 years. The company has gone through bad and good times. After the acquisition its been stable and doing extremely well. The quality of work and technology is great and there are enough opportunities to lean and grow. Work life flexibility is good and benefits are on par with the other companies. Stock plan is one of the best in the industry

      Cons

      Need to grow as a big company and branding of company is needed. Transport facility can be introduced along with onsite gym.
