      Things are disfunctional, but pretty weird

      Pros

      Developers get lots of ownership over your features. Stock options and compensation have been very competitive so far. On the whole, people are friendly.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is bizarre to say the least. Lack of communication is pervasive between teams, individuals, and from management to employees.

      stable and aggressive growing company in network security area, the company culture is kind of dull and boring

      1. no annual dinner/party 2. no company group activities 3. rare communication among different groups

      There are some talented engineers in Fortinet, it's very quick to improve the knowledge if you ask the right questions.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's very difficult to communicate with management. The management are inexperienced in some ways. They don't know what's the meaning of openness.
