      The Technology is great. The corporate support less then great.

      Pros

      The Fortigate product line is very solid and easy to sell. Management also leaves you alone to sell it. You will learn a lot just by doing.

      Cons

      The support from above is not very good. No training, no communication about plans. No sales kick off. Benefits are just ok.

      Stocks flying high. Good pay

      Cons

      Management spend all of their time doing technical work, no one cares about your growth => no management. You are on your own. Good for experienced not good for starters Pay is above average but completely no bonus

      Pros

      You can learn a lot here and the work is very interesting, at least in my position. lots of potential to proceed.

      Cons

      The benefit packages are not so good, lots of co-workers speak Chinese, works not distribute evenly to the team members/teams.
