Pros
Pay is solid, bonus and benefits are solid. Professional work environment, no bro culture or nonsense elitism you typically see in larger development companies. Tech stacks are sprawling, great career development with constant exposure to a variety of things.
Cons
Unlimited PTO has an unspoken consecutive time limit. Taking more than 2 weeks is frowned upon. Although if you make arrangements it is fine. Return to office initiative is not great.
