      A company with nice work culture and flexible timings, complete freedom to explore creativity, manager will help if any problem with understanding product.

      Pros

      Developers get lots of ownership over your features. Stock options and compensation have been very competitive so far. On the whole, people are friendly.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is bizarre to say the least. Lack of communication is pervasive between teams, individuals, and from management to employees.
