      Pros

      Small company with not much of a marketing fund because they dont market their products well.

      Very disorganized and cheap. You can sense it if when you are doing expenses. Hard to find everything in one place

      Bias SLT enjoying all perks by themselves bad culture

      No increment no motivation Senior sales leaders are promoting only few Cisco employees who they hired . SLT is having fun travelling, only good looking people are promoted for media and giving presentations, zero culture , no motivation, my commission is minimise because of bad segment strategy , no trainings , no good product , only favourite employees get to choose the segments and I am desperate to inform this to upper management. They get to stay in goodhotels and travel in expensive flights but others are asked to book cheapest hotel accomodation when we go for customer visits, only SLT is having fun
