      - Great products and engineering team - W/L balance is good

      Cons

      - Sales leadership is going downhill - Comp plan was massively downgraded this year and not a single person in leadership will have a call to address it. They keep shoving it off - CEO seems to be way too involved in every little aspect of the business when he should be out talking to CNBC and others like our competition. - Slow and lack of adoption on SASE when it has been clear for awhile it's where the market is headed
