1. Do not offer health insurance in many countries. 2. The growth expectation of the company is very high, which causes a greater workload and greater pressure to reach the quota. 3. It is important to negotiate the salary well when entering the company. After being inside it is very difficult to obtain a significant salary increase.

The company is very cool, it has a product portfolio that is very popular and is very well accepted by customers, and it is growing with constant opportunities for everyone. The work environment is very good as well, because it is sought that the collaborators are good people and meritocracy is rewarded. The company is very fair and the leaders are very human, always taking care of the employees as individuals and looking for them to have a good work-life balance.

Cons

Like any technology company, I think it has grown in a disorderly way in recent years, and sometimes it is not clear what the growth path is for those of us who have been in the company for a few years.
