      Only one month in but seems to be a great choice for me so far.

      Pros

      Everyone here is willing to help out and the culture is great. There is plenty of training material and support if needed. Company pride is very high and everyone I've met so far is very optimistic for the future direction of the company.

      We share information between all teams around the world. You have access to talk to people with more experience. We're the best Cybersecurity company at LATAM. I'm always learning about new solutions and the security fabric strategy defined by Fortinet.

      Cons

      Due to we work as consultants for US, we have to handle taxes administration by our own.
