Cons

Weak SE management, the account managers are stronger than SEs due to the weak SE leadership , you feel like you’re working for the AM. The SE managers don’t say no for any requests from the sales team. The company in the region has the mentality to give good salary increase if you get another offer, you hear that from your manager. A lot of bugs with the solutions, that’s normal in the market nowadays.
