      - Good management team. - Havent seen any office politics so far. - Lot of opportunity to learn huge number of products. - Lot of fun activities conducted to make work life more interesting. - Good HR team. - Provide time for self based training on regular intervals to improve technical skills. - Equal balance of fun and work.

      Cons

      - No transport facility provided by company. Thats all :)

      The technology and vision are excellent. The company is financially stable and the benefits are good.

      My experience is that cronyism and favoritism are key to your success here just like being in the right clique in high school. Working hard, making your number, and going the extra mile to help the team make its number does not seem to be a good reason to be treated well. In addition, I'm fielding increased customer complaints due to support and quality issues so be prepared to front-end those as well as dealing with the moving quota targets as described by other reviews. The compensation and benefits are great if you're one of the "lucky" ones but you can be starved to death if you're not. In addition, it is my opinion that the latest sales compensation plan changes are not to my benefit.
