      Pay was not too bad, never a dull day

      Cons

      Too much work and not enough workers, management does not know what they are doing (no experience in management) always reactive

      Pros

      Nice salary, Stock option if you stay for long time in Company. Job security and health benefits

      Cons

      you are slave to them for 8 hours. You have to beg to manager to catch your breath. Two TAC locations EAST (Ottawa) and West(Burnaby). Ottawa work load is 200% and Burnaby is 30-40% but Burnaby engineers gets high salary and less work load. Many senior Engineers already left because of Toxic environment.

      Fortinet is a great place to start your career. It's a solid company with big support to employees for internal growth and promotion. the team work is great, It is a great company with a dynamic culture. Lots of other activity keeps going, Good Place to learn.
