Pros

Home work available, paid traning, good environment, other benefits, Bosses are organized. Good place to work near home, parking space. All benefits. Computers provided, paid internet bill

Cons

Stressful job because the customer, yelling but this is blamed to the proyect you worked, mine was Best Buy. Th e bonuses based on customer care reviews, system is difficult and weird, most customer leaves bad reviews even when blame on the store workers or UPS or FEDEX service, very unfair
