After spending almost 12 years working for this company and alway putting 110% in and more I got made redundant because I didn't do health and safety or be a fire warden. I brought and won extra heads for this company which means more money and yet discarded without a blink of an eye. The people I worked with were amazing but the people I worked for clearly didn't value the hard work and effort I put in. A sad end to a place I put my heart and soul into
