      Pros

      Benefits are great. The account I'm handling is financial account, and the calls arent that stressful compared to telco accounts. You have 30-40 mins avail time each call.

      Cons

      You can't view the playslip in advance, it always only available to view on the payday itself, moreover there are lots of disputes

      Pros

      The best reason to work with sitel is that sitel never disappoint any employee. In case of process rammed down company will not ask to leave, sitel will give opportunity to work in another process.

      Cons

      I am not satisfied with the canteen stuff. I expected more about canteen. But food is not that good.
