Unorganized Management where the employees' interests and skills are overlooked while allocating the projects. Hard work is not properly rewarded.
Biased comparisons are made between the employees with 15+ years of experience and employees with 4+ years of experience which brings down the motivation of young employees. Salary Enhancements are too less. Not many opportunities for learning further and improving the programming or other skills.
Overall, not very recommendable until somebody does not have any other options.
