Cons
with such large scale company it's hard to deliver your voice or ideas to higher management You don't feel of it as a one company when it comes to deal or cooperate with teams in another country, fujitsu in each country has it's own rules and system depend on the country and the department, some may have unclear vision and lack of honesty with their employees in some countries you will find teams separated by technology which will lock your career to a specific technology/area only and it's hard to get out of it
