- Job not following job description given , giving a different kind of job scope not based on job description, eg software developer getting QA task/ document task/IT support task. - Not good for career advancement, no project given, bench member and zero opportunity to advance your career, will get stuck with training for years. - Will assign you a project not related to your job description destroying your career.
