Pros

Decent Benefits/Pay, yet not outstanding. Good work atmosphere. Some managers are working for you towards upper management and care about you.

Cons

Lacking vision on growth/future. Stuck in lose-lose cycle.

Too Traditional

Pros

Allows flexible work hours, allows work from home (depending on project), has AM and PM breaks. Possibility of off-shore deployment.

Cons

Too much of a traditional company. - Documentation for developers is unnecessarily rigorous. - Too strict for my taste, even during development, there is an estimated line of code set, and they question you when you do not meet it. - TOO MANY MANUAL PROCESSES, considering this is an IT company. They use MS Excel A LOT (for attendance, documentation, etc.) - Not that much bonuses.
