Pros

Pretty flexible working conditions and do a lot for inclusion and diversity

Cons

Once at Fujitsu do not expect to be paid the market rate for what you do. Unless you are one of the chosen few your salary/benefits will remain pretty static. Poor management is prevalent at every level - mostly interested in cost cutting and not your career. Mass redundancies/not employing any replacement employees put the people who are left under massive stress to perform.
