      Technical knowledge was broadened and exposure to different systems encouraged learning beyond what was taught. You must work your way around the available platforms and make your own.

      Cons

      Nothing really negative to say. Co-workers were all supportive. Fun environment to work in. No fuss. Might need to manage expectations as sources are limited.
