Pros

No office to visit everyday. Given company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone to perform job duties. Co-workers are awesome.

Cons

Micro-management. Recently added GPS to vans and restrict your time to idle even though 80% of the job is documentation on their horrible job tracking system. Evaluations and raises are based on metrics that do not measure your ability to provide customer service, they measure your ability to be a company man. You can provide the worst customer service, but if you update unnecessary files, if your not idling too long in your van, if you say you fix every problem the first time (even though you didn't), you are guaranteed a salary increase. When they do come. Once every 5 years! Completely disconnected from the company. Working the front lines with no weapons or protection. Just a target put on your back! No bonuses, no Christmas parties, no annual salary increases.

Pros

Varied experiences, something new every day. With the wide range of customers you could find yourself working on a large base of technology both new and old.

Cons

Low Compensation, Quick to change staffing levels as customer base was not solid. There wasn't much communication on what the company was doing except communication with your direct supervisor.
