Free coffee I suppose :) You'll get paid enough money to sit on the bench whilst your skills dwindle away.

Cons

Company demands their training expenses to be paid back if you leave early, they'll haunt your life. Not clearly leadership path while sales are fighting for bids and can't remain competitive
