      Pros

      Need ability to be able to grow the company and move away from older programs and advance from paper copies to pdf’s.

      Cons

      Not great medical plans (offers to many 80/20 plans - need more 90 - 100 medical plans) this would allow employees not to have to pay more out of pocket premiums at a higher monthly cost.
