      Pros

      Any one who applies for the iob will get it. Fujitsu hires everyone in Costa Rica that no one else wamted.

      Cons

      Their modus operandi is to fire you without pay, save that money in an account for three years while the law suit completes and then pay (because they have lost everysingle time).
