Terrible

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Maybe some colleagues, location is ok.

Cons

Local Management is terrible. Lisbon Management is worse. Pay is mediocre. Benefits are average. No real bonus. No real respect. No real career prospects unless you have a buddy. Small made-up positions to fill big egos. Numbers are embellished to delude stakeholders.

Pros

Secure company. Multi-national. Average opportunities to grow one's career.

Cons

Not enough improvisation in the local market. More local control of strategies required.
