Pros

Good stepping stone for fresh grads.

Cons

Low salary. Benefits are not competitive. Office space is small and old. Some chairs are broken and dirty. Politics and micromanagement are rampant.

Pros

On the positive side, the company does offer decent benefits such as insurance, flexible leave, and the option to work from home , which helped with work-life balance.

Cons

One of the major issues I experienced was poor communication from the HR department. Important updates were often unclear or not communicated properly. In some cases, even critical matters like layoffs were only informed at the very last minute, which caused unnecessary stress among employees. The lack of transparency and timely communication really affected trust in the management.
