      Typical big corporate black spot. It has all reporting obligations and low-value Town-hall type meetings.

      Cons

      Not as much benefit for employees. High expectation tech based managers without leadership experience. Fake attitude across all level of management. Speak about being supportive but deep down it's micro management with unrealistic expectations. Hirachical reporting lines. Not quite an innovative tech company. So not much potential for career development.
