      Horrible Company, Horrible Environment

      Pros

      None that come to mind.

      Cons

      Ravaged by internal politics, nepotism and an aging managerial force still stuck in their 90's way of thinking. No flexible working options. No development or secondment routes. Pigeonholed into your core role where even relevant training during downtime is not allowed. Over-reliance on day-rate contractors with no up-skilling of their permanent staff.

      Pros

      Location is convenient that's about it. Wish I could say more, but this place has minimal pros compared to other companies in Bay Area that employees actually want to work at.

      Cons

      Executive staff unfriendly, morale is low, culture is conservative, rigid not contemporary and power trips everywhere you turn. Building and office space in need of update as well- it is old structure. Change is not in the vocabulary only "do as I say" type of environment.

      If you don't want to learn any more, then you can find a corner here to deteriorate professionally.

      Cons

      This place is the detritus of technology. Very bureaucratic and sorely lacking in any kind of leadership. A complete mismatch in today's environment.
