      1) Ample opportunity to learn 2) work life balance 3) good increment

      Cons

      1) Management is biased towards Pune 2) No cab facility even in shifts for Bengaluru location 3) As with most organization politics and show licking culture 4) attrition is high for performers

      Mostly nice people and good worklife balance

      Cons

      Leadership in consulting and sales immature and lacking skills, creating risks, gaps and negative impacts on delivery and engagement quality. Draconian approach and limited insight to managing consulting practice was embarrassing.
