      Review for Fujitsu Ten Solutions Philippines, Inc.

      Pros

      - Training provided if there is a need for it - Rice and Transportation allowance - They promote camaraderie (sports fest, team building, parties) - Overseas training / Overseas employment / Overseas deployment (selected employees) - Nihongo classes. Pass the Japanese internal exam and you get a cash incentive monthly. - Medical reimbursements (limited)

      Cons

      - You won't know your salary and won't be able to review the contract until the orientation is over. It was a disappointing starting salary and it was hard to decline the contract after spending a whole day with the people from HR. - Performance appraisal was kind of subjective. It was hard to earn a high to perfect grade because they keep changing the criteria for each key area evaluation (depends on the department). And there is no way to rate your superior. (I don't know if they updated this at the moment) - Training has a 2-year bond. - flexi time is only from 7:30-8:30. Come in beyond 8:31 and you're considered late. - No health card

      Good Place to Work for freshers

      Pros

      Good work environment. For freshers this is good company. There are a very few good resources around who make this company a good place to work in.

      Cons

      Resource management is not very good. Few resources get too much work allotted while few hardly get work. Last few years that is 2012-2015 saw a lot of structural changes in management which caused a good amount of attrition. Projects in Oracle and a bit less. This does not mean there are no good projects. Occasionally there comes about a good project.
