Pros

Companies values are consistent with business processes and company's culture. Company's and team's goals are clear and well communicated at all levels. Employees are collaborative and proactive to achieve those goals. Managers are people focused and available when you need them. Good place for talents to prosper. Many opportunities to built your career.

Cons

As in many big fast-pasted companies, processes could be less clumsy, but i guess it depends on the point of view.
