Good prospects for promotions with internal vacancies Good blue chip company name on your cv Lean environment

Cons

Low pay, just above minimum wage High staff turnover Low skill base because of high staff turnover Reliant on stats for performance, timekeeping etc. Managers and supervisors who are not experienced with client activity, helpdesk technicians know more about client than managers and supervisors

The team I worked with were good at selling print managed services and building cost models

Cons

All we could sell were print managed services and pos services and the governance wasn't great
