      Pros

      Flexible timing superb hikes, more than compared to other IT companies chill work environment

      Cons

      canteen food is not that great, but it has improved quite a lot since couple of years.

      Pros

      10+ years of employment with options to taken on challenges that are rewarded. Lots of friendly people and being a large business somebody has always had an experience that you can leverage.

      Cons

      Tend to rinse and reapeat some failures.

      For people who are looking for a challenge

      Pros

      A good company to work for, where own initiative is appreciated and stimulated. Plenty career opportunities, but you need to actively work on it.

      Cons

      Management is looking too much at numbers, this sometimes causes a collision between quantity and quality. Finding a balance between these two is a challenge sometimes.
