      Pros

      I wouldn't recommend this organization to any friends or business partners. The lack in synergy and professionalism is too great. It would be too great of a slip in standards provide any positive feedback.

      Cons

      Organization as a whole is poorly integrated. Though the company touts itself to be a global organization, each country independently runs itself, therefore a lacks synergy. Management within is horrible and poorly recruited or promoted. They provide little if any directions and expect others to drive towards a "goal". More words are said than the actions taken. Work life balance all depends. If you're placed at client's site, you're in for an experience. If you're placed in corporate, then life's plush and grand.

      The company is okay but your skills are what matters the most. This company has a lot of talented people. This company will push you through your limits and come up way on top.

      Cons

      Salaries are okay compared to its' similar companies. You also need to manage your time well. Your skill sets must also be flexible as possible.
